Alise grew up around/involved in the construction and home building industry from as early as she can remember.

At two months old, she attended her first Parade of Homes. As the daughter of a local Madison Area builder, she started reading blueprints in elementary school. Her first job, at 16 years old, was working in sales for a local lighting company. She continued as a lighting consultant while she attended college at UW-Madison (Art History), helping customers create spaces they were proud of. After college, Alise continued to work in the building and design trades adding experience in flooring design, surfaces, windows, siding and doors. Alise’s love of the home and helping others create homes they love, inspired her to become a real estate agent. Alise uses her past home building and design experience to give buyers/sellers the finest possible representation in our ever-changing market.

A perfect Madison Saturday for Alise:

Starts with a warm, sunny summer day at the Madison Farmer’s Market followed by brunch at Sardine with her family. Include a day out on the lake or a bike ride on the Cap City Trail, followed by a picturesque sunset and live music at the Union Terrace, for a full Madison experience.

Her Superpower:

Alise is a kid whisperer. Children of all ages naturally love her and find comfort in her presence, automatically wanting to play and have her full attention.

Superpower she wishes she had:

Alise wishes she had the ability to speak/understand every language. What a different world we would live in if we could all communicate clearly with one another.

Favorite moment/s in real estate:

Alise enjoys the thrill of every victory - no matter how small - throughout the transaction. From the excitement her clients have finding a home they love, to hearing the words “your offer has been accepted”, to negotiating the inspection contingency, and even handing over the keys. She lives for her clients pure happiness.

Favorite Madison neighborhood & why:

The Marquette neighborhood. Beautiful Grand Victorian homes run along Lake Monona. Queen Annes and two flats are sandwiched between shops and taverns, along with unique and charming restaurants to make any foodies’ mouth water. Summertime in the Marquette neighborhood brings various festivals nearly every weekend. What’s not to love about this trendy, walkable, and eclectic neighborhood?
