Middleton

Far West

The far west side boasts countless local & nationally known shopping, dining & entertainment options while exciting new developments continue to draw people in.

The largest development is the second University Research Park campus which is currently underway. The URP is an internationally recognized research & technology park. URP West builds upon University Research Park’s strong tradition of success in attracting global investment in the fields of engineering & computational & life sciences.

The oldest homes in the area were built in the ‘70’s, but most were built between 1990 & the early 2000’s

Town of Cross Plains

On the eastern edge of Wisconsin’s famous Driftless Area, the town of Cross Plains boasts gorgeous bluffs & valleys for as far as the eye can see. It’s hard to believe that downtown Madison is within a half hour drive.

Challenging climbs & stunning views makes this area a favorite among cyclists.

Town Of Middleton

The Town of Middleton currently owns & maintains over 22 miles of paths for cyclists & pedestrians. Town roads are heavily used for bicyclists for recreation & commuting. You’ll find hundreds of acres of park & conservancy space in the Town of Middleton.

Town of Vermont

Amongst the rolling hills & quiet country roads you’ll find gems like the beautiful Blue Mounds State Park & Tyrol Basin Ski & Snowboard Area within minutes. Madison is within a 30 minute drive.

 

West Madison
